Welcome to the AcX Live™ Online Demo Solutions Portal
AcXess is the developer of the V-Works Virtual Workspace™ management platform used by both large and small software companies the world over to accelerate their sales cycle for complex solutions based software. This high-end services architecture is designed to help save time & money over traditional demo system management. Do what you do best, make & sell great software! Build great demos & leave the automated demo management to us.
|
AcXess V-Works Demo VM Management
V-Works manages your demo VMs for you, and gives you "update once" functionality for your demo data. Each demo session is auto-deleted and restored perfectly for the next demo session, so you gain consistency and hi-performance in your "live" software demos. Just update once, and everyone gets the update the next time they login!
|
Resource manager & reporting engine
The VM resource manager is a cloud-based system feature that efficiently manages the use of your budget and time on the AcX Live environment. The reporting function produces regular reports for you to see who is signing up and viewing your demos for follow up and for capacity planning.
|
V-Works "Saved State" & secure transfer
This allows you to save your custom work from a VM session to your account, and then name it and schedule it for your use, or even transfer the VM for someone else to use.
|
Flexible & Secure Services Architecture
Your demos can run on the AcX Live site, or you can have a fully customized site with your own company’s look & feel. As a site solution owner, you can set security restrictions with access controls to determine who can see and use your VMs.

AcXess Cloud Computing - FAQ
|
|
How can I build a custom demo image on this 'Virtual Workspace' site?
Schedule one of the catalog solutions, then map to your local drive through “My Computer” on the demo image. You can cut and paste text or graphics to “brand” your own custom solution for any client or project! Click the “save” button to name your solution so you can re-schedule it for demos or labs in the future.
NEW: You can also transfer it to someone else for their use after you customize the solution!
If you want a Hyper-V image that is not listed on this site, or want a new solution for your country & language, please contact AcXess
info@acxess.com for more info on having your own solution added to this site.
Can I have my own branded site as well?
Yes, AcXess can also design your custom branded site with the same V-Works features found here for special training, consulting or full production online services.
What else can I use my V-Works site for?
The sky’s the limit! AcXess will work with you on any custom image or project to find the most efficient and cost-effective way to get you high performance “in the cloud”.
